Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

  • Orders will be dispatched within 2-3 working days. 

  • We partner with Shiprocket (our delivery partner), and depending on your location within India, delivery might take 5-10 days.

  • Once dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number by email and WhatsApp so that you can follow the status of your purchase all the way to your doorstep

  • In the meantime, if you have any questions or concerns about your order, you can email us at: hello@intheloopshop.com 

 

NOTE:
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

  • Returns and Refunds are outlined in detail below, please ensure to read and consider the policy in detail before placing your order.

Return & Exchange Policy

Our return & refund policy is outlined by the type of product you purchase from us here below. 

 

PLANT HANGERS

 

We offer a 7-day return policy in the following situations:

  • The Airium you received is damaged* during shipping

  • We accidentally sent you the wrong Airium

  • You are not satisfied with the quality** of the product received 

 

We will process your return or exchange request, ONLY if;

  • The Airium is returned in exactly the same condition it was received

  • The Airium is completely unused

  • Returned with the original packaging, tags and proof of original purchase

 

IMPORTANT TO NOTE:

 

Each product on our site has been machine cut, and then patiently finished by hand by local artisans. Small imperfections, minor differences in shape, size or color can occur, and are part of the appeal of our handcrafted products.
 

Also, our Airiums made of neem wood are a one-of-a-kind creation. The naturally occurring grains and stripes in the wood are unique to each piece and the part of the beautiful neem tree that has been used to make that product. 

Any small defects you see are not defects, but rather imperfections that make each piece unique and beautiful. They will NOT affect the overall aesthetic of the product and its capability to be used as intended. We thank you for appreciating that hand finished goods are never perfect in the way factory made products are!

 

We cannot offer you a refund if your existing plant pots are not a comfortable fit for The Airium. Please refer to our “How To” videos for information on exactly which type of pots work best. 


 

To initiate your return, or exchange, write to us at  hello@intheloopshop.com.

 

If your request to return is accepted, we will initiate a return shipping label with our shipping partners that will be sent to you via email and WhatsApp, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. 

 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will NOT be accepted. 

 

After the Airium has been received by us and checked, we will let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, we will immediately process your refund to the original payment method. We will keep you updated on your refund status via email and Whatsapp. Please keep in mind, it can take anywhere from 5-15 days or more for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund. 

 

EXCHANGE

 

If you wish to exchange your Airium for a different colour or model, the simplest way is to follow the Refund procedure, and then make a new purchase from www.intheloopshop.com



 

POTS

 

When receiving your order of ceramic pots, we kindly ask you to video record yourself unboxing your items in the package received. This is to ensure that if any damage has occurred in transit, we can refund you the cost of the pot. If you do not video record yourself unboxing your purchase, then unfortunately we cannot offer any refund if damage has occurred, as we cannot ascertain if the damage occurred during transit or after. 

 

Due to the fragile nature of the pots, we do not offer an exchange in case the pot does not appeal to you once you receive it. 

 

We offer a 2-day or 48 hour return policy ONLY if we accidentally sent you the wrong pot from your order. 

 

We will process your return request, ONLY if;

  • The pot is returned in exactly the same condition it was received

  • The pot is completely unused

  • Returned with the original packaging, tags and proof of original purchase

Small imperfections, minor differences in shape, size or color can occur, and are part of the appeal of our handpainted pots.They will NOT affect the overall aesthetic of the product and its capability to be used as intended. We thank you for appreciating that hand painted goods are never perfect in the way factory made products are!

 

Our ceramic & terracotta pots have been designed to fit perfectly into each Airium. Please refer to our “How To” videos for information on how to install the pot in any Airium.
